This 100% cotton woven blanket features Glass Vase with Flowers and Fruit, painted around 1673–74 by Dutch still-life artist Jan Davidsz. de Heem. Against a dark background, roses, flame tulips, honeysuckle, morning glory, berries, plums, and other botanical details gather around a glass vase, with butterflies, caterpillars, ants, and other insects tucked throughout the composition.

De Heem was one of the leading still-life painters of the 17th century, known for precise observation and richly detailed arrangements of flowers, fruit, and objects. Glass Vase with Flowers and Fruit belongs to a group of elaborate floral compositions he created between 1672 and 1675. Like many Dutch flower still lifes of the period, its abundance carries quieter reminders of time passing: blossoms begin to fade, while butterflies and caterpillars were associated with transformation and the transience of life. De Heem's precise observation and richly detailed approach make the painting a striking example of Dutch Golden Age floral still-life art. The original painting is now in the collection of the J. Paul Getty Museum.
